Ed Hardy awed style setters, fashionistas and celebrities alike with their 2010 swimwear collection at the 5th annual Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Swim in Miami.

Ed Hardy’s renowned designer, Christian Audigier, presented his exclusive swimwear in a grand affair. The venue was packed with VIPs as models strutted vanguard bathing suits also a “must” have for the season sarongs and bandana accents with the designer’s signature prints.

Pop color bikinis, Lurex one-piece suits and boy-meets-girl swimsuits – board shorts paired with bikini tops – kept the crowd buzzing.

Ed Hardy was one of the few designers that showcased a swim wear collection for men. In his collection, they featured a youthful spirit inspired by utilizing prints, stripes and vibrant colors.

Attendees left the show with gift bags brimming with products from sweet tooth-pleasing Buttercream Cupcakes; make-up compacts by Estee Lauder; Dermaquest samples from VISO LASIK MEDSPAS; watches, hats, necklaces, perfume and bandanas from Ed Hardy, as well as gift certificates from NOMI Pilates, Boca Tanning Club and The Betsey Hotel.

DJ Irie spun the latest in hip-hop tracks to the capacity-filled room which included celebrity R&B twins, Brian and Brandon Casey of Jagged Edge; model Cindy Taylor; Ariel Stein and George spanish with his on-again/off-again girlfriend Lina Fidler of “Miami Social” and reality star Dina Manzo of “The Real Housewives of New Jersey,” who all sat front row.

A beach-themed after-party followed for Jagged Edge and guests poolside at La Cote at the Fontainebleau Hotel. Bartenders and servers were dressed appropriately in Ed Hardy swimwear and served-up drinks mixed with the namesake’s new vodka brand.

Celebrities who favor the brand include Madonna, Shakira, Janet Jackson, David Beckham, Eva Longoria, Kim Kardashian, Jessica Alba, Christina Milian and Hillary Swank.
