Just Cavalli Fall/Winter 2009-2010 Collection

Roberto Cavalli has presented his Just Cavalli Fall/Winter 2009-2010 collection in typical dramatic fashion. While we are use to flashy patterns, bright colors, and exaggerated pieces with Just Cavalli, he has mixed in relatively conservative pieces to balance out what he is known for. Quality and overall design seem to be an important factor this fall & winter with thick knitwear, slender suiting, outerwear, jeans, and tees.
While typical Just Cavalli still slips through the cracks throughout, mixing them in with layed-back suits and outerwear only add character to the new 2010 collection, the way an old wooden cabin has character from its ware and tear. And while the “wild” side of the Just Cavalli collection isn’t particularly something workwear appropriate, it is my favorite and I can’t help but think what reaction I would garner by waltzing into the office in the multi-toned blazer.
A background of electric blue provides the perfect background for the fall/winter collection of Just Cavalli. Following in the footsteps of Balmain, Roberto Cavalli brings us a biker style with a touch of rock…
Motocross jackets and tuxedos combine with minidresses for woman and shiny blazers for man.
The Just Cavalli’s collection is eclectic, ranging from dark garments to vibrant, colourful prints, and from a dirty rock look to a preppy style.
